Local pick up?

Devious Designs is located at 24A Main Street North, PO Box 335, Alexandria, Ontario, Canada. If you selected Local Pick Up at checkout, you will be contacted via email when your order is complete, with your pick up information.

Shipping

Devious Designs is not liable for any product that is damaged or lost during shipping. We do our very best to package our items with care. Shipping on all orders come with standard insurance ($100). If you would like to add extra insurance in shipping, please contact us (sales@deviousdesigns.ca) to make arrangements. These arrangements must be made by the time you approve the mock-up. 

As the seller of your item, we take all necessary measures to ensure your package's secure and timely delivery. We ship orders using the address provided and in accordance with the production date stipulated on the product listing.

Upon the package's handover to the post office, they bear full responsibility for shipping and any expenses linked to lost shipments. Kindly note that we cannot process refunds without notification from the postal service regarding the missing package.
