When will my order be ready?
Turnaround time varies for each product but is usually within 1-2 weeks, plus shipping time. Please check the product description of the item(s) in your order. If you have ordered several items, your order will be ready based on the item with the longest turn around time.
Where are you located (Pick-up/Shipping)?
Devious Designs is located at 24A Main Street North, Alexandria, Ontario, Canada. If you selected Local Pick Up at checkout, you will be contacted via email that your order is ready for pick-up. If you selected Shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped via Canada Post. If Canada Post doesn`t deliver to your area, we will be using other courier services (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, etc.) to ensure that your order is delivered on time. Your order should arrive between 1 to 10 days depending where you live. International shipping may take longer than 10 days.
Will I get tracking info?
If you selected a shipping method with a tracking number, we will share the tracking number with you via email once your order has been shipped. Your order will also be insured for up to CAD$100. If you selected a shipping method without a tracking number, your item will be sent without a tracking number and without insurance on your item.
Do I get a mock up?
Some products offer a mock up. Please check the product description to see if the product you are interested in offer a mock-up. All mock-ups will be provided from our email sales@deviousdesigns.ca. Please check your junk and spam folders.
I selected to pay with an e-Transfer (email money transfer) but I forget the email/password.Article heading
Please sent the e-Transfer to sales@deviousdesigns.ca and make the password deviousdesigns (all lower case). If you already sent your e-Transfer with a different password, please share the password with us via our email sales@deviousdesigns.ca. Work on Mock-ups and/or final product will only start once we receive the e-Transfer.

If I have a question about my order, how can I ask you?
For any questions regarding your order, please send us an email at sales@deviousdesigns.ca and add your order number in the subject. It may take us up to 2 business days for replies. We are doing our best to navigate our new reality during COVID. We set aside specific time for admin work to respond to emails so we can respond without distractions. You may still see us posting on social media but please understand we schedule our posts ahead of time.
