Terms and Conditions
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. After 24 hours fees will apply based on how far we are into the order process. Cancelation requests must be made via email and not on our social media outlets.
Returns on non personalized items can be made within 10 days of receiving your item.
Returns on customized but not personalized items (you picked the stain of your sign or colour of your frame) may in some cases be returned at our discretion.
Returns on items featuring personalization cannot be returned - please let us know if you have any issues with the item you ordered as we guarantee the quality on all products.
In the case of ready-to-ship items, some items may be eligible for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refund will be issued after inspection of the product has been taken place. Devious Designs is not responsible for items lost in the mail and we strongly encourage adding tracking and insurance to your item. Proof of shipping date may be required.
We use wood and other natural materials to make our products. Please note that every piece will vary in appearance. Wood product may have knots, and other imperfections but we think that just adds to the character of the piece. We also can not control the "graininess" of our pieces. Some have little variation and some pieces have a lot of variation. There will be no refunds due to wood grain, knots or other natural imperfections in the wood.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We can not provide an exact date for order completion.

Devious Designs is not liable for any product that is damaged or lost during shipping. We do our very best to package our items with care. Shipping on all orders come with standard insurance ($100). If you would like to add extra insurance in shipping, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make arrangements. These arrangements must be made by the time you approve the mock-up.
We offer free shipping on orders over $200 (exceptions applies).
If the postal service has indicated that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, a case must be opened with the postal service (we will open the case on your behalf).
As the seller of your item, we do everything to get the package to you safe and sound. We ship with the address provided and by the production date listed on the product listing.
Once the package has arrived at the post office, they are directly responsible for shipping and all costs relating to missing packages and we cannot refund without their notice.
Refunds due to late pickups
Please make sure to check your email as this will be what we use to contact you for pickups. We do not offer refunds due to missed pickup emails, but will keep your products safe in long term storage.

We understand that sometimes we get the privilege of knowing your baby's name or other information before the rest of the world! We are so honored to be included in that!
We share behind the sense looks and completed orders on our social media outlets and website. If you would like us to not post your sign / word cut out or would like us to delay posting your order on our social media outlets and website, please email us with your name and order number (available after you pay for your order) to email@example.com.

As we navigate these uncharted times (COVID-19), we want to remind you that turn around times are based on a few different factors like mock up approval (if applicable) and the health of our family. We take pride in our quality products and their safe arrival to your home. If one of us is ill, we will put a stop on production immediately to ensure the health and well being of the staff and the recipients of our products.
If we do contract COVID-19, we will email those who received packages from us, as well as those waiting on packages, and quarantine and follow the CDC guidelines.
Operations will commence when we are healthy.
