Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. After 24 hours fees will apply based on how far we are into the order process. Cancelation requests must be made via email and not on our social media outlets.
Returns on non-personalized items can be made within 10 days of receiving your item.
Returns on customized but not personalized items may be accepted at our discretion.
Regrettably, items with personalization are not eligible for returns. Should you encounter any issues with your ordered personalized item, please inform us, as we stand behind the quality of all our products.
Regarding ready-to-ship items, select products might qualify for returns.
The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed after a thorough inspection of the product. Please be aware that Devious Designs cannot assume liability for items lost during transit. We strongly recommend adding tracking and insurance to your shipment. Proof of shipping date may be requested.
Our products are crafted from diverse materials such as acrylic, aluminum, wood, and other natural elements. Please note that each piece will exhibit unique characteristics. Wood products may possess knots and other natural irregularities, contributing to the piece's distinctive charm. Variation in the "graininess" of our pieces is inherent; some display minimal variance, while others feature more pronounced variation. Refunds will not be issued due to wood grain, knots, or other inherent natural traits present in wood.
We have made every efforts to accurately present the colours and images of our products available in the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will faithfully display the colours.
Devious Designs is not liable for any product that is damaged or lost during shipping. We do our very best to package our items with care. Shipping on all orders come with standard insurance ($100). If you would like to add extra insurance in shipping, please contact us (email@example.com) to make arrangements. These arrangements must be made by the time you approve the mock-up.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (exceptions applies).
In the event that the postal service marks a package as delivered but you have not received it, it is essential to initiate a case with the postal service. Please contact us and we will take the initiative to open the case with the postal service on your behalf.
As the seller of your item, we take all necessary measures to ensure your package's secure and timely delivery. We ship orders using the address provided and in accordance with the production date stipulated on the product listing.
Upon the package's handover to the post office, they bear full responsibility for shipping and any expenses linked to lost shipments. Kindly note that we cannot process refunds without notification from the postal service regarding the missing package.
Refunds due to late pickups
Please ensure to regularly check your email, including your junk mail, as this is how we will communicate with you for arranging pickups. Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds in cases of missed pickup notifications. However, rest assured that your products will be securely stored for an extended period.

In these unprecedented times, marked by the challenges of COVID-19, we wish to emphasize that our turnaround times are influenced by multiple factors, including mock-up approvals (if relevant) and the health status of our staff and family. We take pride in our quality products and their safe arrival to your home. Should any of our team members or family members fall ill, we will promptly stop production to safeguard both the team's health and you (buyer).
Should we contract COVID-19, we will communicate with recipients of prior orders/packages, as well as those anticipating deliveries. We will adhere to quarantine measures and follow guidelines set forth by the CDC.
